Very comfortable bed the comfort queen rooms were great I did not have a view but had great light in the room The location is perfect for walking historic amsterdam with nightlife and necesseties banks pharmacy coffee right at your front door A beautiful 10 minute walk up the canal gets you to the Anne Frank House

Leaving the key with the front desk each time you step out though I can see the benefits does detract a bit from feeling independent I d prefer not having to check in with someone at the desk to get my key everytime I came in from a stroll

Extremely helpful and friendly English speaking staff including the lady organising the excellent breakfasts Good central location Able to open a window to obtain fresh air and the view over canal

Street noise through the whole night on weekend but this also provided a fascinating insight into life for the young people in Amsterdam

This is a charming hotel which is well located the passage to room 408 is labyrinthine but well worth it when you arrive there The staff were friendly and very helpful

Location great easy proximity to all areas you want to see Our friends had a small problem with there room air con dripping they were upgraded to an amazing room that would have easily cost them double very lucky customer service spot on no questions asked

Our room was relatively smaller than expected however we only requested a canal view and didn t go for extras The rooms was all perfectly suitable for our needs and comfortable bed fantastic however really quite small if your happy for a nice place to just put your head down then its spot on
