Very comfortable room with good amenities Excellent location Friendly staff

Bad wifi in room we reported it but it wasn t sorted out Bar fridge in room wasn t replenished daily as promised

Good breakfast Complementary bottle of champagne to celebrate my birthday

The staff all across the hotel from the reception to the roof bar and those who cleaned our rooms were exceptionally warm and welcoming and professional

Nothing could have improved our stay at the Grand Hotel Central except an additional night for free

Staff very helpful in sorting out issues in a professional manner

Front bedrooms very noisy had to be moved

Loved the location the room was very comfortable with nice decor and the roof top bar and pool really made our stay memorable

Some music at the rooftop bar would have been nice
