The concierge team are unpleasant and arrogant

It s quite close to Milan Expo but you need to bypass the Bridge which blocks the road It took 20 mins to walk

Good sized rooms with comfortable beds and strong air conditioning Breakfast was delicious

The dinner at the restaurant was a little disappointing

Central location but still quiet Staff was efficient and attentive Breakfast was generous and of mostly of good quality Our luggage was well looked after

The grapes at breakfast had dry stems which indicated that they weren t fresh It s better not to serve fruit if it s not fresh

The new spa is excellent

The rooms require refurbishment

the best breakfast I had in all of Europe the staff and facilities were fantastic and wow the roof top bar

I was travelling with my parents and I had to sleep on a fold out bed which hurt my neck

Room was a reasonable size bald Barkeeper is an awesome guy

One female reception staff was unfriendly Even with parking reservation we had to park elsewhere Too expensive Bedsheets didn t get changed

great location beautiful breakfast and lively dinner menu Staff were friendly and helpful

Room decor was a bit tired

it s very very far from Milan and far away from the nearst station for it

Rooms are nice and clean

It s extremely hard to find the hotel
