Liked the 2 rooms great for the kids to have their own room

Had to change rooms because a plug in kids room was hanging off the wall with exposed wires

Excellent location close to King s Cross station Staff were excellent Good variety for breakfast options

Key cards didn t work on the door most days had 2 cards only 1 worked but had to have it reprogrammed almost daily and door handle was broken

Breakfast served from 7am I had to leave by 6 and so had to skip breakfast Receptionist forgot to return my driver s license and I had to ask for it

I liked that the double bed was private from the two singles we had Also the little kitchen area made it much easier and cheaper to have dinner before an huge holiday The staff were very helpful and it was so close to kings cross

The bed was a little hard but that s just me my partner had a good night sleep

The night shift receptionist guy is very nice and helpful The location is very good just 3 mins walk from King Cross St Pancras The room is clearn with small kitchen top a sofa and comfortable bed

Great location right next to Kings Cross Station We were out in London for a hen party so the central location was perfect The staff were friendly and efficient on arrival The rooms were spacious and clean we had the larger suite rooms with kitchen facilities We were able to store our bags at the hotel for free the following day whilst we went out for a couple of hours

My suite was located just next to reception and I could hear every customer and every sound from any device This meant that I slept very badly during the whole stay The staff were kind enough to try to locate me to a different room but because the hotel was full it was not possible

Just flown in from America and very tired Staff were very welcoming and helpful Room was a good size and toasty warm on a cold February evening Slept like a log room was really quiet as hotel is down a side street away from London noise Breakfast was a good continental and as much as you wanted Kings Cross station was at the end of the road so no need for taxis Brilliant
