Price was quite ok Breakfast was also quite nice and breakfast room was spacious The reception lobby was really nice and modern Pretty short drive to San Siro stadium and Santa Maria delle Grazie where da Vinci s The Last Supper is

The hallways were gloomy and would benefit from new carpet and some light paint There weren t bed sheets for both beds and towels were missing After requesting more were provided but still not for everyone Some of the staff were more interested in their nails than the customers Parking cost 8 day Hotel is located in industrial area you most likely will need a car

The room was well maintained and the breakfast was wholesome

The hotel is 3 5 km away from Stadio San Siro metro station There is no late night bus with the last bus dropping close to the hotel ending it s run at 8 PM on weekdays and no service on weekends or holidays The hotel s metro shuttle runs till 10 PM on prior booking Be careful if you rely on public transportation and will reach the hotel late as the approach road is deserted The wifi is open without a password or authentication Good if you just want to surf the net but if you plan to get some work done VPN requirements will block you

Unfortunately the reception staff wanted to keep a credit card as a security against using the minibar

location new facility courteous staff at checking in restaurants and during check out

room controls can be confusing

Location is good The staff are very friendly and attentive Bed is very comfy and a very big bathroom

There s only 1 small elevator most of the time we have to share it with the housekeeper s cart The cleaning was in the afternoon we re back the hotel at 3 pm and we have to wait for the room to clean both 2 days of our stay

The lift is very fast On Sunday it was good to have food delivered to our room Also it was very good to give us 2 extra pillows The location is excellent you can see the mountains at a distance and it is surrounded by a large green area

We were not informed that the buses stop at 8 00pm on Sunday evening and that we could take the number 80 bus

The staff was friendly and very attentive The rooms were a nice size and the bed very comfortable The hotel is in an excellent location with a number of great non touristy restaurants within a mile radius

One of the robes that was left for us to use appeared stained could not tell if it just hadn t been replaced or if it was newly washed Would advise only putting out robes that are like new The hotel offered free breakfast but the only thing included was fruit juice and coffee tea For the price of the room it would have been nice to at least be offered a continental breakfast that included coffee tea juice and a pastry croissant
