Maxim Design Hotel 3 Star Superior

Perfectly located just opposite the beach in the heart of the city centre, this intimate hotel offers an excellent base to explore Tel Avivs attractions.

The hotel was completely renovated in January 2012. It offers 71 comfortable rooms all with cable TV, individually controlled air conditioning, and tea/coffee making facilities. Some rooms have sea views. The lobby also features 2 free internet stations.

The complimentary breakfast is served in the hotels elegant dining area. Guests can also enjoy a drink in the spacious lobby while admiring the view of Hayarkon Street and the sea, and free coffee/tea, fruit and cake are available around the clock in the dining area.

The hotel staff offers good and personalised service and can assist travellers with tour bookings. Limited on-site parking is available free of charge, and free Wi-Fi and wired internet are available in the guest rooms. Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. Israeli citizens and residents ("non tourists" as defined in the VAT law) must pay VAT. This tax is automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation for domestic customers. For guests booking from outside of Israel, the tax is not included in the total price.

Please note that the hotel has limited on-site parking spaces and therefore parking cannot be guaranteed. The service is given on a first-come-first-served basis. Off-site parking is also available. Guests under the age of 22 are only allowed when sharing a room with a parent in August. Please note that check-out times remain the same on Saturdays and Jewish holidays. If you require a room with disabled access, please notify the hotel in advance as these rooms have limited availability. The hotels lift cannot accommodate wheelchairs. The rooftop terrace is not wheelchair accessible. When booking more than 4 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
