Unhelpful bar staff leaking shower head no tea facilities in room

Proximity to West End theater and Piccadilly Line tube stop make this a great location for a London stay Room was lovely service excellent and staff quickly responsive to any requests I would definitely stay again

Room service choices for food were good but quite pricey even for London Full English breakfast over 20 plus 12 5 gratuity plus 3 delivery seems a bit steep

Comfort of pillows and bed excellent towels too Great mini bar Fantastic food in restaurant

The shower head could have been better

Its a beautiful hotel Really lovely staff and quirky decor Great location meant we walked everywhere and didn t have to use the Tube at all Could t recommend it more

Being from the North Newcastle we find the price of the cocktails mind boggling The room we had this time had a view of a brick wall through the window See attached photo

Everything about the hotel was wonderful The pre booking service the communication with Belle and extra effort made for my husband s 50th birthday all the staff the location the food the comfort of the room Everything was perfect Thank you
