Villas at Fortune Place

This resort in Kissimmee offers furnished apartments with full kitchens, an outdoor pool, basketball and tennis courts, and a gym. The Orlando Airport is a 20-minute drive from the hotel.

The non-smoking apartments at the Fortune Place Villas are equipped with cable TV and DVD players. Every kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven, full refrigerator, and toaster. Washers and dryers are also provided in each unit as well as bed sheets and bath towels.

An outdoor hot tub and other activities including a volleyball court and shuffleboard are offered. Fishing equipment is available for guests who want to fish on lake behind the resort, and a playground is also located on site.

Walt Disney World Animal Kingdom and Walt Disney World are a 40-minute drive from the Fortune Place Villas. Cypress Shopping Center is a 10-minute drive from the resort. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of USD 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required.
