Ease commute to destinations around area of London

I was extreamly unhappy with my stay at brittania Staying in a room which was dated and extremely poor standards of clenlinness Being woken up by cleaners passing by door with high pitch screeching from cleaning trolley not being able to close window as passing trams keeping me awake

Room was clean and spacious with a very comfy bed

Indian restaurant within the hotel is dreadful 8 people in when we visited and it took and hour and a half to serve us a meal which was awful

The location facilities bar and restaurant staff comfort and quietness

Lack of free WiFi poor car park Old carpet and poor facilities management

Location was amazing directly next to Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park Subway station around the corner Hotel room was small but cozy bed was delightful Would come again

Great location and lovely comfy bed

Lovely calm and clean street 1 2 minutes walk from metro station You can find several groceries very close and breakfast opportunities too They have elevator

Right in the middle of Docklands

There can t still be many hotels that still charge for Wi Fi in the room Just tethered my phone but I still find it annoying and a disincentive to book again Also is it usual to charge residents for use of the gym Don t book breakfast at time or reservation or charge breakfast to room Book breakfast when you check in for 30 cheaper for what is otherwise a rather expensive but average buffet breakfast weird but useful to know

Choice of restaurants and opening hours

Mouse in the lounge area Spa is a bit grubby

I paid 88 00 for the night which in London is cheap Tea and coffee facilities in the room and a fridge which was handy If you re staying more than one night then probably not for you as the rooms are small We stayed for one night as we were seeing a show and having the Saturday and Sunday day time sight seeing so the room was fit for purpose in that respect just somewhere to lay your head

Rooms and hotel in general is very dated wouldn t have paid more than what I did for it
