Very good and clean room Very important for us that rooms are clean and this hotel provide very well clean rooms We were 4 with a lot of luggage and we had good space Friendly personale

Breakfast was not extraordinary however it was acceptable

Location is best Friendly staff Clean and newly furbished rooms Free wifi signal was good

Windows are difficult to open No toothbrushes and pastes provided

paid wifi was unusably slow and kept disconnecting Weird unprofessional staff Extremely basic four star is a complete joke For example there was only one towel in the room and it was the size of a dish cloth Overpriced

The downstairs rooms are noisy due to staff and other guests using lifts and toilet

Close to Kings Cross St Pancras Nice clean apartment room Had a mini fridge combination microwave kettle and cutlery crockery There was not a full kitchen setup like other apartment rooms this was just a kitchen area as part of one of the bedrooms Please note there s no proper oven or grill Seemed to be in a nice street despite people warning me that Kings cross can be a little bit dodgy

The shower toilet was off of one of the bedrooms so the person sleeping in the other room could not visit the loo without going through the other bedroom Fine for us but may cause a problem for others The grill function on the microwave is abysmal so kitchen facilities really only suited for simple tea coffee and warming up a ready meal etc

Excellent location clean rooms

I missed breakfast as I was bit unwell with tummy upset The bed is comfortable The kitchen is useful with small fridge for us to bring some foods

I have no comment as it was all as I expected

The location and despite being so close to Euston Road and Kings Cross St Pancras International Railway stations it was so quiet and I felt very safe The suite was very light and airy I will definitely stay there again and recommend it to others

I wish there had been some guidance about where plates mugs etc could be found and how the microwave operated Usually in hotel rooms there is a brochure which summarises the facilities provided
