Huge room

Air con didn t work and they didnt bother to tell me until I had spent twenty minutes trying to get it to work Their response when asked how to make it work was Oh it s broken We called someone a few days ago No offer to switch rooms or do anything about it

Comfy bed clean and smart room great shower

Needed plug socket in kitchen are to boil kettle

Excellent location room size and reception staff

The downstairs rooms are noisy due to staff and other guests using lifts and toilet

Convenient location and good value for money One or two night stay max

Room was next to reception so loud on a morning Breakfast was poor choice

Spacious room by London standards The free to use computer Easy walk less than 2 minutes to Kings Cross St Pancras AC and small kitchenette Good sized lift for luggage Surprisingly quiet as the hotel is close to the very busy Euston Road Basic continental breakfast Restaurants and mini marts close by

The poor quality WiFi connection as it kept dropping out Complicated system to print an item as there is no printer at the computer It was a very complicated process to email it to the front desk Why not provide a printer next to the computer

It was very comfy able

Friendly staff helpful with storing our luggage after we checked out

Very poor shower Nicely appointed but water pressure was totally inadequate

Friendly staff comfortable beds clean rooms and nice location

Rooms and the bathroom are a bit small Noise in the hall and in the rooms above when people are leaving early Breakfast space is quite small making it hard to accommodate more than a few people
