Holly Cottage is a well-established guest house and family home in the centre of Bowness-on-Windermere within the conservation area of the oldest part of the village.

The building dates back to the 17th century and is situated in the centre of Bowness within a few minutes walk of shops, restaurants, pubs & cafes, next door to a large public car park & five minutes away from Windermere Lake.

It offers a range of 6 individually styled rooms.

The guests can benefit from USB charging point, Smart TV & Mini fridges in most rooms. Holly Cottage offers Tea & Coffee making facilities with fresh milk & biscuits in on all the rooms.

Their communal kitchen is now open with all the cooking facilities, fridge & utensils, at your disposal. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. The guest house does not accept group bookings of more than 2 rooms.
