Great location and better than average facilities for a very good price
The breakfast cutlery and dishes were not really all that clean This is something they definitely need to take care of

Room service not too good Asked for ice and it never turned up Also if you are on service side of building the staff make a hell of a din when finishing their shifts Shame The hotel used to have real flowers plants and apples No more Why the hell not it s Holland for God s sake and you get plastic plants in the lift lobbies Looks cheap as I have been to this hotel many times before and I get the feeling it is cost cutting

Heater didn t work I had asked for a crib to be removed from our room and it was still there after 3 days Very expensive breakfast

The shower was blocked and no one came to fix it while we were there in 3 days Cleaners came at 4 45pm to clean the room Very small bedroom with 4 beds and we had a 12 year old which was not what the photo depicted
