Perfect location for visiting family Continental breakfast really nice everything fresh and good selection Beds comfy room excellent liked how we could control the heating ourselves Fantastic Sunday lunch in the bar

We booked a triple room expecting 3 proper beds and were a little disappointed to find one was a campbed Saying that it was a decent size campbed and was very comfortable

Lobby was lovely and big lots of room to sit and read breakfast was just fantastic the best ever

Our room was a bit small and the mini bar was not working took a full day to get minibar fixed

The staff were lovely the bed was sooo comfy gorgeous hotel

How it wasnt made clear that you pay on arrival so we thought it had been paid for as it was a birthday present Had to comtact home to get money transferred

Location was excellent Hotel clean tidy Perfect base for The Royal Albert Hall museums

Room was next to lift so heard some lift motor noise and foot traffic

Awesome location The guest room is spacious high ceiling and the staff is very friend

The only downside was that the hot water pot in my room was dirty with thick stains inside Not sure this is normal but I did find the same in some hotels on my previous travels So make sure to check the hot water pot before using it The idea of having the espresso machine in the room is awesome but I was shocked when I found used capsule still inside the machine

Location was close to shops market Communication was very poor
