Closeness of St Pancras Station Ground Floor Suite Facilities in room

The room was spacious for 5 guests the facilities were clean the staff were very helpful on the front desk and welcoming Excellent location Rooms warm and comfortable Quiet road Receptionist brought us extra milk and teabags within 5 minutes when asked for Excellent kitchen facilities Breakfast was adequate and staff in dining area kept food replenished and area clean

Could have had fresh orange at breakfast the first day but did the second day when we mentioned it

Large spacious room for a family of 5 Comfortable modern and clean free wifi

Staff were very helpful and location was ideal for our needs Room was clean water hot and breakfast adequate

No mirror in one of the bedrooms Door to room next to public toilet Noise from train tube quite noticeable as we were on the basement level

Breakfast was a disappointment no full English only toast cereal and pastries

The convenience of the location to the Eurostar terminal

A little noisy in the room close to reception

Good location really near King s Cross Station not bad breakfast

They even don t have elevator to the third floor We had to carry our big heavy luggages by ourself One of the stall helped us but she is a GIRL

Pleasantly surprised as soon as we walked through the door Friendly staff The accommodation was spotless Everything in our suite looked brand new Two rooms two TVs and a nice kitchen area with table and chairs Very quiet with comfortable beds We have stayed in many of the hotels in this area but this is the best by far

No cooked breakfast Continental only but food and drinks provided were top quality

Grumpy unwelcoming staff felt expensive for what it was stuffy room on a hit day shower tray filled up as the drain was blocked
