Well located close to St Pancras and subway
Very Noisy waked up at apm when staff for breakfast come in Moisture on the ceiling of the bathroom quite expensive for the quality
We booked a double standard room and got a double suite confirmation thinking we had been upgraded On arrival were taken to double standard very small I said no to that and was then given the suite at no extra cost WoW sometimes you win
Everything was great The staff were very friendly the room was nice and clean and the breakfast was nice Great location
Comfortable and all modern incl bathroom Receptionist Simona very helpful and nice

The beds were very comfy and clean the hotel was clean and the staff friendly
The shower was small and very tight and the toilet would not flush properly too much noise early in the morning suite 3 is outside the linen cupboard i think And for the price where was the cooked breakfast
Pleasantly surprised as soon as we walked through the door Friendly staff The accommodation was spotless Everything in our suite looked brand new Two rooms two TVs and a nice kitchen area with table and chairs Very quiet with comfortable beds We have stayed in many of the hotels in this area but this is the best by far
No cooked breakfast Continental only but food and drinks provided were top quality

Having a reliable internet connection is the most important thing for business trips I had to go to my office at 11PM in the night given the WiFi just didn t work all through my stay And the staff just didn t seem to be taking my request seriously Won t recommend again
