The room smelt of damp and was next to the loo so very noisy There were no rooms to move to so I had to move to a single bed in other part of the room This wouldn t have been a problem except I d paid extra for the double bed

Extra sink fridge in room microwave and tea and coffee facilities

Room was quite small and bathroom was very small but shower was a decent size The bed was a double and not very comfortable didn t sleep that well for all of the 3 nights

Friendly staff Space to store our luggage until it was time to check in

Rooms on the small side

Excellent for families and our problems with the water coming down walls and ceiling from suite above was dealt with

The torrent of water descending down the walls and ceiling from suite above

Everything in walking distance tube shops pub for food

Breakfast could have had more choices and free wi fi

Spacious room by London standards The free to use computer Easy walk less than 2 minutes to Kings Cross St Pancras AC and small kitchenette Good sized lift for luggage Surprisingly quiet as the hotel is close to the very busy Euston Road Basic continental breakfast Restaurants and mini marts close by

The poor quality WiFi connection as it kept dropping out Complicated system to print an item as there is no printer at the computer It was a very complicated process to email it to the front desk Why not provide a printer next to the computer

Staff were very kind the hotel was surprisingly very nice for a Comfort Inn Suites breakfast was great and overall experience was great Will definitely stay here again

Convenience location comfortable beds our room was a great size for the 3 of us Good kitchenette Great simple Breakfast was all you need toast cereal yoghurt pasteries juice and coffee

The bathroom had draining issues slight water coming up though the tiles I believe they are trying to fix but would have liked to be advised on check in When I told the front desk staff he said I know

Very clean Little kitchen with microwave and sink

My room was next to the reception Very poor noise isolation It was like having people talking in my room all the time I was woken up at 4 30 am by guests that wanted to check out

The staff were so friendly and helpful

The only problem was the lift not going to the level we were staying on
