room was very tiny could hardly fit our luggage breakfast needed more fresh fruits

Overrated and overpriced This should be in the category budget hotel I was told that my room was upgraded but I was put in a basement small room with no window I asked to change it Carpet in the room old looking dirty Lift not reaching the last floor 2ramps of narrow stairs ok with no luggage Breakfast very poor

Excellent location very clean and the staff were really helpful and friendly

The room was smaller than expected and didn t have enough room for the limited furniture

Location is very good for kings cross

With suite hoped for laundry but fortunately laundrette nearby Left an unintelljgible message on my phone when old credit card didn t clear Fortunately we got in before room sold Would have been resolved if message understandable

The hotel was in a fantastic location and the room was extremely clean

The room was quite noisy including from reception which was close by This was continuous throughout the night

Helpful staff great accommodation good location
