De Koog and the entire island offer a variety of opportunities for sports and relaxation. With one third of Texel being a protected nature reserve, the island is also popular location for birds to take up residence in the winter. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please note that paid parking is applicable for the island of Texel. A parking vignette can be obtained at the municipality of Texel or can be bought at the ticket machines.
