Location is very good

Rooms are dated and air conditioning wasn t very good

The location was great close to las ramblas but not too close Staff were very friendly and helpful and the hotel and room were spotless Nice touches such as chocolates in the room every day

When we arrived we were shown to our room However we discovered that the bathroom door was missing and what remained was the broken frame with broken glass fragments in it We complained and were immediately given another room but it was disappointing to think that the hotel staff clearly knew about this already and gave us the room hoping that we would think it was a modern twist to the room to not have a bathroom door

Excellent location near Sants Montjuic Close to metro bus connections Olympic Venues Camp Nou Great room beautiful view from rooftop pool area is great Staff most helpful especially Sandra at front desk

The hotel was fantastic great location and excellent helpful staff Will definitely stay there again

The room was spacious and comfortable The staff was very helpful and friendly Location was amazing

It was convenient to walk near shopping area and bars restaurants The room was clean good size bed as requested The only girl at the resection was very helpful with smile

We arrive in the morning bit tired the reception head was teaching student or a beginner its took long to check in bit shocking no greetings no smile just cold face how could new girl learn there was no complementary water battles in the room no shampoo or soap was replace second day for a 4 star hotel

We had room with a terrace which was good as rooms are quite small Hotel is in good location for centre and the beach

We paid to have breakfast for the seven days but food could have been hotter Selection also could have been better for what we paid compared to other hotels we have stayed in the same area

Great location only 4 metro stations to the center The room was cleaned every day All the stuff helpful One of the best hotels in Barcelona

First of all hotel s location is very good Just a 30 40 metre walk and you are in placa catalunya Room and the bathroom was clean and decorated well and they had space Housekeeping was tidying up the room 2 3 times a day Personnel is always smiling and trying to help you You don t need to enter wi fi password everytime you want to get connected

There was only one garbage box in the room and it was in the bathroom

Great location especially during new year and wonderful service

My experience was bad due to the no AC policy during winter which was desperately needed to get rid of the paint smell
