Set in 16 acres on the banks of Pickering Beck, in a beautiful, peaceful location in North Yorkshire, this 18th century farmhouse offers attractive self catering accommodation.

Sorry we do not accept pets in our 3 person lodge or in the cottages. We do accept pets in all the other lodges.

Just 1.5 miles from the picturesque market town of Pickering, Barker Stakes Farm is a family-run business. Your hosts Steve and Sarah, offer a warm welcome This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests cannot exceed the maximum amount of occupants in a room.

Any person age 2 years and over is classed as an occupant and will be charged accordingly.

Guests that try to exceed the rooms maximum occupancy will be refused entry.

Please note that pets are not permitted in the two bedroom chalet that sleeps 3 people or the cottages.

Any damage caused to the property must be reported and will be charged to your card.
