Seaham Hall is an immaculately restored Georgian Country House with interiors that fuse a modern eclecticism with a classical sensibility. Boasting the award winning Serenity Spa which includes a swimming pool, outdoor hot tubs, a fitness suite and an aerobics studio. Set in 37 acres of rustic countryside, Seaham Hall and Serenity Spa features a cliff-top location and views over Durhams heritage coastline. The award-winning spa offers a 20-metre indoor pool with massage stations, a sauna and a fitness centre. Hot tubs and an aerobic studio are also on offer.

Suites at Seaham Hall are individually decorated and come with garden or sea views. Free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV and an en suite bathroom are also included.

There are two restaurants at Seaham Hall which offer very different dining experiences for guests to enjoy. Byrons Bar & Grill is a chic restaurant in a lavish environment. The Ozone is a relaxed informal brasserie style restaurant with a theatrical open kitchen.

The historic city of Durham and Newcastle city centre are both within a 30-minute drive. The nearest beach is just a 10-minute walk away. Not all room types can accept extra beds.
