This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. It is not possible to stay at this property for Coronavirus (COVID-19) quarantine purposes. Swimming pool #1 is closed from Sun 11 Sept 2022 until Thu 01 Jun 2023 A damage deposit of EUR 250 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. All guests should state when booking how many guests will be staying in the apartment, including children and babies. The property reserves the right to eject any guests not declared when booking.

A cash breakage deposit is payable on arrival. This deposit is returned at check out once the condition of the apartment has been checked.
