Just a 15-minute walk from Chester city centre, Chester House Guest House is 1.5 miles from Chester Racecourse. There is plenty of free parking, and Chester Zoo is less than 10 minutes drive away. Guests are kindly requested to inform the hotel of their estimated time of arrival. Please specify an approximate arrival time of either 12:00 to 15:00, 15:00 to 18:00 or 18:00 to 22:00. Please contact the hotel using the contact details found on the booking confirmation.

Please bring a credit/debit card to the hotel, where the hotelier will need to take an imprint of your card to satisfy credit card legislation.

Group Cancellation Policy; If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 25 will be charged.

If cancelled up to 72 hours before date of arrival 50% of the total stay will be charged.

If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

When 3 or more rooms are booked the guest house will take a non refundable deposit of GBP 25 per room booked.
