The customer service was top notch We were treated very well during our stay We also loved the breakfast afternoon tea and the decor feel in the common areas The location is great as the Kensington is right around the corner from a tube station and lots of bars restaurants
The bathrooms were a little bit small for a long stay We only stayed 2 nights and so it was not a huge concern

The whole building is supposed to be non smoking but we were bothered by strong tobacco smell in the bathroom It happened each day during our three night stay
