Excellent stay the room was lovely and the bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in Great choice for breakfast which was open til 12pm on Sunday Free toiletries and hairdryer in the room along with tea and coffee making facilities and a bathrobe with slippers The hotel is just over the road to the Republicca metro station which takes around 5 mins to get to Duomo We stayed for just one night but would definitely stay for longer if we returned to Milan

Staff was exceptional the facility outstanding For us the location was ideal My only regret was our travel plans only included a one night stay Hope to return will definitely recommend this hotel

Staff were friendly Breakfast was quite good and plentiful

We were in room 415 in what should have been a double room But surely it is not a double room In fact to fit in a double bed from the window side there were not more than 20cm between the side of the bed and the wall Moreover even as regards switches and socket outlets it was obvious that this is a single room as with a double bed the switches end up right under the pillow there was even just one pair of complimentary bed slippers For sure it was not what you expect in a 4 star hotel

The Hotel is very clean have a good wifi and the breakfast is great

No wardrobe in room Elevator was stuck 3 times and got locked in Too many floors 13 and elevator slow and not nice if you have height fobia or clostrofobia

I stayed 2 nights a nice place clean A walking distance from the Duomo 20 minutes Breakfast was good not much variety though Lobby bar restaurant was ok Staff were friendly Check in out super fast My room was so small but as a solo traveler I don t need more space Wifi was slow and kept cutting off TV channels had only a couple of English channels would be nice if more Price was reasonable had good deal through booking

I arrived the hotel at 22 00 and want to go city center in asap I closed the door and checked if it was locked but saw that it wasn t locked I called the reception and technical guy came my room but couldn t repair so they changed my room If i wasn t aware that door wasn t locked what might happen The first aim of all hotels to make guest s safety but the door wasn t locked I have some money in room that could be stolen or etc
