Newcastle Central is a 20-minute drive or train journey away. The A1, A19 and Tyne Tunnel are a 10-minute drive away. There is free car parking right outside.

All rooms at Annies Guest House have memory foam mattresses, double-glazed windows with black-out blinds, a cooling fan, a fridge with fresh milk and free WiFi. Guests can also make use of a flat-screen, satellite TV and tea and coffee making facilities. The superior rooms feature 4K Smart TVs.

Choose from wallet-friendly room-only rates or with full English breakfast included. Breakfast is served from 7am every day, freshly cooked to order. Special diets can be catered for. Guests can use self-catering facilities including a microwave/oven/grill in Annies dining room.

Group bookings cannot be accommodated (4 people maximum).
