A transfer from Zermatts train station or parking areas is offered.Cost may apply A damage deposit of CHF 1000 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please inform the hotel about your arrival time for the complimentary pick-up service.

If you arrive with children, please inform the property of their number and age in advance.

Please note that Zermatt is a car-free village. You can park your car in Tsch (indoor parking) and continue to Zermatt by train or taxi.
