Excellent location Directly across the road from the Savoy Other theatres and Covent Garden on the doorstep too

Hotel bars lacked atmosphere and were more like libraries

The bar was shut I mean the little bar opposite the reception desk Had to have a drink in the horribly lit bar that has no atmosphere

Bedroom too hot and small expensive and had to pay 10 to upgrade from cosy to standard despite being return customer and room available

The location was excellent

2 of the lifts were out of order the room was very stuffy not enough staff on reception for check in

Bathroom size layout totally unacceptable unless you have an exceedingly small cat to swing

Primarily the location Staff were very accommodating

Needed ramp at front door for luggage and chairs in the business centre

All staff were friendly and hotel lovely Great location for theatres Large selection of breakfast food

Bed and pillows were to hard for me Breakfast was not hot

Great location friendly staff Booked a cosy double but got an upgrade

Fantastic location and really good rate for central London

The ground floor was lovely and location was great Breakfast was really good value for money

Rooms were clean but seemed a little dated in comparison with reception and lower floor
