Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of CAD 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that Dianas Luxury Bed & breakfast does not accepting business credit card, the credit card has to match the address on the reservation and the ID presented at the property. Damage deposit will not be charged or hold, this will occur, just if there is a damage. The credit card information will be appearing on file but will be used just in case occurs the damage.

Please note that guest can make the check-in with their suitcases as there is plenty of room and they do not have to pay extra for this.

Please confirm in advance if you are not having breakfast at the property. In case you do not have breakfast, a refund of $7.00 will be made.
