Most of them have a balcony and guests can enjoy panoramic views of the surrounding mountains. A vending machine for refreshing drinks is available all day long, while coffee to go is provided to all guests from 06:00 until 21:00.

A breakfast buffet is served from 07:30 to 09:30 either in the winter garden, while in summer guests can enjoy their breakfast on the sun terrace in nice weather, both options provide impressive mountain views. Various restaurants in the centre of Kirchberg serving typical Tyrolean cuisine are reachable within a few minutes walk. Cleaning of your room will be done on request and for a fee.

Several hiking and mountain-biking tracks can be accessed right outside. The Gaisberglift is 500 metres away, offering activities, such as skiing and tobogganing, also at night. The Fleckalmbahn Cable Car is 2.3 km away, offering connections to the Hahnenkamm Ski Run and to the Fleckalmtrail, Tyrols longest single trail.

The ski school, ski rental and the stop of the ski bus to the Fleckalm, Maierl and Pengelstein lifts is only 250 metres away from Hotel Steining #staysmart. On request, the hotels owner can book you ski school courses, rent ski or snowboard equipment or bicycles, buy ski lift tickets or arrange an airport shuttle.

The centre of Kitzbhel is a 10-minute drive away, while Kirchbergs bathing lake is only 750 metres away, offering as well a heated outdoor pool and tennis courts.

The guest card is included in the rate and that includes free public transport. Parking is subject to availability due to limited spaces.
