G Hotel

Brilliant location to explore Covent Gardens and the shows and surrounded by some excellent restaurants which was good as the Hotel does not provide food

The air conditioning unit was noisy so we had to switch it off so it did get quite warm in the room late at night

The room was bigger than shown on pictures and the lobby area was a lot nicer Also the staff was very helpful helping me with finding a connection to the coach station after the train services were suspended

The bathroom could have been refurbished However it had all the necessary features and was clean

A gem in the heart of London Best service I have seen of any hotel in London

The hotel have a good location near the famous shopping street via della Spiga and 10 min walk to Piazza del Duomo Lovely interior design and a comfy bed

I had to wait around 20 min for the check in because the person at the reception was so slow In the bathroom I found human hair on the walls I m surprised that this hotel is part of the LHW

We had a split stay at Jan Luyken 6 nights first and then 4 nights after a trip to Brugges The staff was nothing more than pleasant and responsive to every request We had rooms at the back of the hotel with a pleasant view of neighboring gardens The hotel is located within easy walking distance to the Museumplein and trolley stop that gives you access to all of Amsterdam
