Location was really good very close to underground hotel staff prompt and polite rooms spacious and clean and tidy

I understand this is London but bar and breakfast prices were on the high side luckily plenty of local places that are happy to have your custom at more realistic prices

Lighting for tea and coffee facilities could be brighter and a few more sugar and milk Free bottle of water like most hotels

Service was bang on Very kind people

Very expensive for a very poor nights sleep Room was very hot and air con had been turned off making sleep virtually impossible Nice place not to sleep in but made the next days work very hard

The manager fixed an issue with our reservation and was extremely helpful we were very appreciative of his help

The heater made a loud drop noise in the room so were given earplugs by staff so we could sleep and they messed up our reservation again as we were promised adjoining rooms and that did not happen their staff overall just seemed confused

Very well designed Functional everything thought through The staff were exceptionally welcoming and helpful without fawning Nice efficient engaging fun

Minor gripe a sign says you can ask for a rubber mat for the shower it reply needs to be in place the shower is very slippery

The hotel was beautiful It was spotless and comfortable The best thing about it was the staff Every single person we dealt with went above and beyond their remit in order to help us I will definately be going there again A lady called Ine on reception was very kind and helpful to my family

The cooked breakfast was a slight let down The chicken sausages were very strange

Steps from street to reception area hard for suitcases Misunderstanding re Booking com thought I had already paid for breakfast when booked online had to pay on arrival

Staff friendly Room spacious

Room was too hot we we re sweating Temperature could no be adjusted at all Also we left the room for a few hours and our room still had not been cleared up by housekeeping

Location close to Victoria station Flexibility when I had to leave a day early no charge made

Small problem found an empty bottle of gin in the mini bar but they gave us three free ones in compensation so can hardly complain
