Breakfast excellent
Very noisy room not soundproof and next to lift Lift made a noise going up and down and heard people talk all evening Bathroom rediculous small You need to bend under the basin to sit under toilet If I was overweight I would not be able to use it
Beautifully furnished Loved the lounge area where you could help yourself to a drink sit and read or just relax after a big day out We stayed in a front room overlooking Paseo de Gracia Very happy to see Aesop products in rooms

The Hotel was lovely and modern and close to the train station in Milan The staff were very friendly especially Andreas who was very helpful and gave us directions and recommendations of where to go
The Air Con was not working so the room was very warm They did open the window for us but we had to close it at night as it was very noisy
Good A C Best location there is for visiting the Expo

the breakfast was great the location walking distance to the tube was good
1 no windows in the room 2 no heat in the room first night was given a heater 3 no ventilation in the room 2nd night and the heating system was not fixed as we were told it would be 4 lights went out in a dark room with no windows
The room was very nice Small but clean quiet and comfortable And location is very good
Croissants were so so not fresh not so tasty Cappucino was also not great Overall breakfast was very basic with not much choices
We had a fab breakfast in the Amber lounge The staff across the board were fabulous very polite and happy to see us Very impressed with how clean the hotel was being so large Definitely would recommend a couple to stay Loved the complimentary mini bar a real treat The ipad was the best idea for the hotels facialties and researching our day out
I don t think that for a family of four 2 adults 2 children the sofa bed was big enough for 2 adults Having a boy and girl we let the kids have the amazing twin beds But our sofa bed could of been larger I understand this is more of an executive hotel but like me I m sure other families love the central location Maybe more proper family rooms in such a great hotel would get further trade
