Staff very friendly

Bed uncomfortable as two beds put together

Bed comfy room was really nice staff super friendly answered all my questions

Not all of the lights were working in our room maybe worth doing a check before people check in and letting them know

Bed is too hard AC very noisy

A lot of choice for the full English breakfast The rooms were very comfy good bed good shower and a lot of space

The room was lovely and the hotel was smart the staff were friendly and helpful The hotel was about 5 blocks away from la sagrada familia and about 3 blocks in the other direction to the arc de triomf

The location of the hotel was good for the sagrada familia but the area itself wasn t the nicest and was quite a way away from the action at la rambla el born passeig de gracia Though the breakfasts were decent enough the restaurant of this hotel for an evening meal was definitely not 4 standard You are likely to want to eat out and about anyway but if there are any nights you want the convenience of eating at the hotel it s going to be basic food like frozen pizza though admittedly it is cheap

Great location within easy walking distance of London Bridge and Tower Bridge Lovely community feel to the area surrounding with the park opposite

The only problem we had with the entire visit was with the booking We booked this in January to stay in May and only found out the week prior that there was some problem with our booking and the payment had neither been taken or contact made with us to advise so We were advised that there was some problem between booking com and the hotel where the card details had not been transferred across A simple call as soon as this was discovered would have resolved this Had to call the hotel several times and then booking com in the evening to resolve When finally resolving the problem with the hotel I did request a room on a high floor and thought this was little to ask by way of making good but we were allocated 1st floor so not even this was done as a gesture both parties blaming one another

Breakfast was very good Location is also good because you have multiple choices of public transportation bus airport bus metro train
