Grosvenor Beachfront Apartments consist of 1, 2 & 3 bedroom apartments. Each one is fully furnished and appointed with a fully equipped kitchen, separate living area, balconies, bathroom and laundry facilities. Enjoy breakfast on your private balcony with gorgeous views of the beach.

The apartments are surrounded by a huge variety of local dining and entertainment options within walking distance and Grosvenor is located directly opposite the vibrant and stunning Surfers Paradise beach. Join in with water sports activities or take a relaxing stroll to the famous Cavill Mall for some retail therapy. Afterwards, relax back at your apartment and enjoy a refreshing swim or sauna.

Grosvenor Beachfront provides free secure parking for one car. There is also a bus stop directly in front of the building for your convenience and we are one block away from the G Link Tram to Broadbeach. Please inform Grosvenor Beachfront Apartments in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of AUD 250 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that this property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual "Schoolies Week" period.
