The location
It was outdated and not very clean
Breakfast was incredible staff so friendly and the whole hotel was so clean and looks amazing
Bed was very hard we had a room on a low floor despite requesting a room with a view
Up on the 12th floor Huge Windows allowed us full view of the London skyline Light morning sunshine Very helpful staff Pizza Express just next door if as I do you adore their chicken salad
Hotel Room was really nice
Staff were not seen a lot not that helpful when asked questions and drink refreshment women walked into our room when we were in bed
