Very Good Location

Staff was friendly

There was no complimentary tea or coffee at the room

Rooms clean and very tidy and a good size

Breakfast could have been a lot warmer

Location is great right in the city center Bed is comfortable

We were first given a room with a balcony that was tremendously noisy Very poor noise canceling infrastructure and thin windows We were also woken up by the cleaning lady early in the morning

The food in the Bistro is for italian standarts not very tasty But the friendly staff at the Bar and the great coffee is a plus

People in adjoining rooms could be heard through the dividing walls

Overall the room was clean and a great tasting breakfast was included which was nice to have Especially i liked the facility it is very modern i was travelling by train so it was great that the hotel is located nearly to the station Easy to find about a 5 min walk from the station

The hotel was clean Breakfast very good And the best fresh croissants I have ever tasted Location good A very short walk to Milan Centrale and good shopping not far in other direction

For the price of hotel would have thought there would be tea and coffee making facility in the rooms
