Location Room Cleanleness Friendly Staff Very Good Breakfast

No hot water kettle but provide on request

It was very clean and the wifi was great

No air conditioning despite the rooms being sweltering Too noisy in the night to have windows open as located on a main road Walls are very thin and you can constantly hear other people including every time they go to the bathroom I appreciate it wasn t the most expensive room in the hotel but for 4 you expect tea and coffee making facilities Very disappointed

The location The staff that was very friendly The terrance The room and the facilities in the room The food at the breakfast The coffee wasn t very good in the breakfast areea but they ask you if you want any other coffee and that was very good Free toiletries that was change every day The option for breakfast in the room charged extras 7 euro Free 2 bottles of water in the first day of check in

The price of the spa that is 15 eur per person per day

The hotel room was lovely and clean Very comfy beds Staff were nice and helpful Good value for money I would recommend

It could have been slightly better closer to the city centre It was only a 20 minutes walk though so not too bad

The most thing the staff of the hotel were very tuff and they were not friendly many times I go to Vienna and I ll never go again to this hotel

The location was excellent just across the canal from District 1 with key sites and charming restaurants What impressed us most however was the helpfulness and friendliness of all staff Nothing was too much trouble even forwarding a camera left in the room We will most certainly return
