Really great hotel in an excellent location Staff was incredibly attentive great at their jobs Room was quiet and very comfortable and stylish Well worth the money

This is an excellent hotel in a great location and very good staff The bedroom and bathroom were very well furnished and there was no noise from adjacent rooms or from outside a big plus No meals served but the kitchenette with fridge microwave sink and expresso coffee maker more than made up for this Only a 3 4 minute walk from Earl s Court Station

We spent 5 nights there and had no complaints at all

everything was great they made our first London visit an amazing time to have

no bar or restaurant at hotel

All reception staff extremely polite friendly and very helpful excellent location right in the centre of soho close to theatre land and shopping

The room was the smallest I ve ever been into the bed was so small I could touch the wall with my feet Very disappointed very bad value for money

Everything was too black and dark and lint everywhere

Convenience location pricing Rooms were nicely proportioned Bonus was a little kitchenette Someone has thought about the guest for a change

Breakfast selection was difficult for me so I didn t order the night before but I was told after the event that if I had special requirement to let them know before I stayed again and they could try and accommodate The stay was great though staff room and location and I would stay again with no problem

The hotel was in a great location There was a nice relaxed atmosphere in the hotel and the staff were very helpful
