The price I paid for the room was grossly expensive The mattresses are uncomfortable The queues to check in out were ridiculous with just two staff on the desk when their is clearly room for four staff It took me 48 minutes to check in That is not good enough

Asked to watch the rugby on the TV and they said no Aircon did not work which apparently was simply tough luck
