The main transportation is taxi and shuttle bus from the station located in front of hotel. The nearest beach to Karon Beach is Kata beach. Phuket International Airport is situated approximately 50 km away.

Renovated in 2008, the hotel features a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out service, hotel safe, children's playground and restaurant.
