Breakfast was lovely and accommodation excellent Sixth floor room was snug and just right

OK location pleasant facilities great food in main restaurant and lounge

No hot or cold water in the morning which made attending a business meeting a tad difficult No apology received or even a voucher for free drink issued as compensation which is a pity because management missed a great moment of truth opportunity to make a difference

The hotel had a nice environment was clean and the crew was friendly

Staff money was taken from our account by the hotel without our say so we didn t use room service or anything our bank is now dealing with this

Every things was brilliant

I had booked the hotel for 2 nights but unfortunately I had to leave after 1 because of a family emergency When leaving the woman at the front desk said I d get a refund for the second night once I contact booking com After contacting booking com they told me that the hotel refused to refund my second day even though the woman at the desk told me I would get a refund I will not be staying at the hotel again

1 Bed was extremely noisy 2 step in Bathroom although notice on wall still an issue in middle of night 3 Barrels were being moved from 7 00am Sat sun Monday disturbing sleep 4 Stayed in august breakfast was included in the price for a higher price breakfast wasn t included although my mistake for not checking reservation details

We stopped for our belated honeymoon We stayed in the river view room Complimentary prosecco and chocolates

We were made aware there was building work on We were woken at 8am every morning Only suggestion I d make is a wonderful riverbank view but only 1 chair to enjoy it It would have been lovely to sit together instead of one on the chair and other sit on the bed
