Extremely friendly and most helpful staff You feel more than welcome
The bed mattress was a bit too hard for me

It was a little bit cold most likely because of the panoramic window instead of the front wall so we had to close the curtains tight Ventilation system in the bathroom was very dusty and needs to be cleaned out Tv remote control was also rather dirty

It is situated on a perfect place It is right behind the Stephan s Cathedral and close to the old city The breakfast was fabulous It was my second visit to this hotel and it would definitely happen again
There were strange and noisy sounds in the early morning from the streat I suppose they were coming from the garbage men which for sure was not appropriate at all
