We found the breakfast pretty lack lustre for a 4 hotel but the staff were most helpful and the setting was pleasant

Our room was booked as a superior double expecting nice views over the Thames but instead had a great view of an incredibly large ventilation duct Also we arrived back at our hotel on the Saturday evening and there was a party going on in the hotel but it actually felt as if the party was taking place in our room as it was so loud and there was no chance of sleeping until it was over at 1 00 am

Staff and upgrade offered Bar and restaurant lovely

Room was cold with aircon Our room didn t get get made up on second day

Rooftop pool and terrace is beautiful

Would love to have had tea and coffee facilities in the room

Room and bathroom were a good size however we did have the disabled bathroom

No tea or coffee making facilities in the room unless you paid extra which seemed a bit mean

The receptionist was a bit slow in booking us in

The location is perfect just beside the train station The reception is extremely helpful with some troubles we encountered on the train Room is cozy with big space and comfortable beds

Fabulous new decor superbly comfortable beds

Breakfast was average porridge and bananas lacking no marmite or kippers in evidence rolls and croissants slightly stale But staff most helpful especially as we had a three year old child with us

Everything was really good we was welcomed and the room was lovely the hotel was in a great location and close to everything
