Whenever possible, organic seasonal produce is used for preparing the tasty dishes. Meat and fish come from farms that respect animal welfare or from wild catch. Ingredients are always fresh and of the highest quality.

A large selection of organically grown wines are offered to perfectly complement the culinary delights. Please note that the reception has longer opening hours between Tuesday and Saturday. Check-in is possible until 22:00 on those days.
