Parking is first come first serve difficult when you have a small baby and you re getting in late each evening We were traveling to the O2 each time and traffic was horrible through the tunnel location of the hotel made it challenging No baths only had walk in showers

I booked this hotel for its location to attend a concert at the O2 rather than traipsing out of London and back This worked well It is a functional conference type hotel It is very close to the Excel Conference Centre It cannot be described as cosy etc Functional it is
My room overlooked the runway of London City Airport although I have to say the double glazing worked well so noise was minimal
Although stating an approximate time I was checking in the room was not ready on arrival I was asked if I would kindly go for a walk for an hour or so This was the only real negative point I would defiantly stay again as the friendly staff more than made up for this The breakfast was outstanding Iverall highly recommended
Comfortable bed nice reception staff helpful concierge and we love the location we have stayed here before and no doubt will again
The blind in the room did not quite cover the window so it was a bit bright in the morning and the room was a little on the small side I think we usually get an upgrade but didn t this time but it was still fine for one night
This hotel was in a quiet location and it was perfect for me and my friends The room was lovely and clean Really enjoyed the breakfast lots of choice
Very noisy be aware you can hear your room neighbours talking or watching TV Could not sleep half of the night 1st floor
Bar area was tastefully decorated and spacious and the food from the bar in the evening was excellent
