Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Guests under the age of 25 are only allowed to check in with a parent or official guardian.

All units are non-smoking and pets are prohibited. Any violation of these policies will be subject to a CAD 300 cleaning fee.

Housekeeping services are provided once for stays of five days or longer, midway through the stay. Daily housekeeping can be scheduled for an additional fee.
