I like the scinery and the brakfast t was perfect thx

The bed is to soft i like harder

The place where it is is excellent for weekend travellers Everything on a walking distance

Booking was made with breakfast included however they billed separately too and said booking com made a misstake Others had the same problem while checking out

Very disappointing compared with previous stays First room we were given was small and had a safe on the floor which we could not reach Moved to a better room similar to previous Club rooms we had occupied On second day when we returned in the evening we found that the bed was unmade and the room not cleaned This was done when we contacted reception Altogether rather tired fabric and tired staff A great pity and a sad decline as previous stays had been fine

I didn t like the dirty room and bathroom it smelled didn t like the train noise didn t like the fan in room noisy

The rooms were too small housekeeping did not clean the room well

Great view of London from the 11th floor

great location central to tourist spots

has brick wall outside window so no view
