WestCord Fashion Hotel Amsterdam

Everything was brilliant

Hotel is lovely and the staff are great Its clean and very stylish Lots to choose from at Breakfast The restaurant and bar is nice Would recommend getting the Tram into central Amsterdam as it is only a short journey and a lot cheaper to do it this way We were getting cabs on the first day and only discovered the tram on the second day

I booked it for me and my partner and we were given 2 single beds so much sure you request double bed

It was out first time in Amsterdam the hotel was just superb Staff were so friendly helpful throughout our stay Hotel was so clean our room was lovely Breakfast was a brilliant selection the food was great It was my fianc s birthday as a special treat the hotel gave us complementary cocktails in the amazing sky bar such a lovely gesture very much appreciated Will definitely be back to stay again have already recommended the hotel to family friends Lisa

Luxurious facilities big comfortable room pool and gym included in the price nice lobby bar Friendly staff and very helpful with directions and trams for our exploring

My friends and I came to Amsterdam for the weekend and was looking forward to the Skybar which was supposed to have live music on Fridays and Saturdays but were disappointed to find it closed for a private function That is the only thing though

The helpfulness of the staff

The hotel is a bit out of the way of the city Having to take the tram is not always easy as it is a distance to walk which is a bit of a problem when your legs won t go so well any more

Breakfast was 20 per person and the quality of food was average

Staff was helpful enough to prepare the room for us to check in earlier than scheduled Room was spacious and comfy as well as cosy Enjoyed the swimming pool and spa

The skybar was soulless and expensive for what it offers

The transport via the tram was very simple to use it was only a 7 minute walk and on a safe road the link to the airport was good although we did get a bit mixed up when we first arrived fine going back to the airport though The hotel was lovely and the staff were very pleasant too The triple room we had was great for space and comfort Amsterdam is a great cityto visit and I d definately return I d stay at this hotel too

The only thing I would have liked to be better was the hairdyer there were 3 females in our room and it had no power at all when travelling hand luggage a hairdryer is hard to take with you that really is the only thing I d like to see changed
