The apartment hotel features a wide range of new apartments fully equipped with all the comforts of a hotel in a modern and functional design. Some floors have private terraces. Built in 2008, the residence offers a total of 118 apartments, featuring a selection of studio apartments, 2-bedroom apartments and 3-bedroom duplex. Guests are welcomed in a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out service and lift access. Facilities on offer to guests include TV lounge, conference facilities, Internet access and room and laundry services. A car park and garage are available (fees apply).

Each unit is fully equipped with en suite bathroom with shower and bathtub, kitchen with fridge, microwave, cooker and tea and coffee making facilities and living room. Towels and bed linens, double bed, TV, radio, washing machine and ironing set feature as standard. The units are naturally lit and have individually regulated heating.

From the C17, exit at the Vic Sud access. After the first roundabout, turn right. Follow the road until the big roundabout and continue straight on. At the second traffic light turn left and the hotel can be found at the end of the street on the right-hand side.
